Please brush, shampoo, comb and air dry your wefts as soon as they are received. If there is a problem please contact us immediately srr@aloha.net
No refunds, or returns on custom orders. We only guarantee a color match when color samples have been provided.
If you did not receive what you ordered please notify us within 5 days of receipt. A store credit can only be issued if the returned hair is unaltered.
At times custom orders may require a 2 to 4 week delivery.
Each and every order starts with raw virgin hair, which is unprocessed in any way. We do not perm the hair, but rather blend the hair to acquire your texture. Our hair must pass through extensive quality control before being shipped. We take great pride in our products, and pass our high quality, and professional workmanship on to you. If you are unsure about your order contact us for suggestions.
Videos and kits are nonreturnable
